1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and phbit casino ("phbit," "We," "Us," "Our," "the Platform"). 2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You are not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of phbit, nor are you an immediate family member of any phbit employee.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phbit account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. phbit employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a phbit account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password for your phbit account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you.

3.3 Account Verification

phbit reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide all requested documentation within 14 days of the request. Failure to comply will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

phbit accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phbit account instantly. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are outside our control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be processed to GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine bank accounts registered in your name. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative arrangements may be made at phbit's discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum withdrawal amounts are ₱50,000 PHP per transaction and ₱200,000 PHP per day, unless higher limits apply to VIP accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

phbit reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. This is standard procedure for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance. First-time withdrawals, large withdrawals, or withdrawals to new payment methods may require enhanced verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

phbit does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. These fees are outside phbit's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

phbit offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generator Certification

Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and are not influenced by phbit or any external party. 7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. phbit will investigate all reported malfunctions and refund stakes for voided bets. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any in-progress game rounds will continue to completion according to the game's rules. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phbit platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, share information, or manipulate game outcomes.

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or play games.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the phbit platform or games.
• Money Laundering: Using phbit services to launder proceeds of criminal activity or circumvent currency reporting requirements.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to use your account or assisting minors in accessing the platform.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbit staff or other players through chat, email, or any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Termination by phbit

phbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or as required by law or regulatory authorities. In the event of termination for cause, phbit may withhold account balances pending investigation and may refuse to process withdrawals if fraud or terms violations are confirmed.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. phbit may charge a monthly dormant account fee of ₱100 PHP or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before dormant account fees are applied.

10. Liability and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Limitation of Liability

phbit and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of phbit services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose.

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless phbit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and phbit, you agree to first contact customer support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. Any arbitration shall take place in Manila, Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

phbit reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may notify registered users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of phbit services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure. Withdrawal of any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.
